If you love to box, this knockout 6-week program is the perfect match. Bring the fighter in you and train like a pro. This is a fun and challenging program designed to mimic the training of a real fighter. As a class, you will test and improve your speed, agility, strength, endurance and balance through throwing punch combos and other various exercises. This is a progressive, 6-week program that will begin with the basics of boxing form, taking you through each punch, leading to learning how to block and dodge a punch. Level 1 Boxing will not only improve your fitness level, but most importantly, will improve your self-defense abilities!
