STRENGTH & CORE
Looking to advance or add new ideas to your current workout? Each session will run as a two day segment, with attendance to both days required. Participants will be provided with handouts regarding exercises used, how to modify for personal fitness level, and also be provided with a workout! Participation is FREE for UVa Health Plan-covered employees and spouses as part of the Hoo’s Well program. Participation limited to 15 participants.

Hoo’s Well Pop-Up Yoga
Group Exercise to class to experience a blending of yoga styles and poses. Relax your mind while, too, experiencing the physical benefits of yoga. This class is designed to develop flexibility while leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed. HOO'S LOSIN' IT?
Hoo's Losin' It? is a six month, clinically supervised weight loss program aimed to help you get healthy and stay healthy. This weight management program provides group education and support on nutrition/exercise/behavior change, personal nutrition coaching with a registered dietition, and individual/group training with a certified fitness professional.
