COUCH TO 5K TRAINING
Running a 5K is within reach! A fitness professional will coach you through 45-minute sessions twice per week with a running program designed to gradually and safely progress you from day one to the finish. This 10 week program will include group outdoor conditioning (weather permitting), a plan for individual training on alternative days, and group educational sessions all with the goal of completing a local Charlottesville 5K!
Participation is FREE for UVa Health Plan-covered employees and spouses as part of the Hoo’s Well program. No limit to participation.

POP UP FITNESS
Think and play outside the box! Would you like to have FREE Yoga, Zumba®, or Bootcamp at your workplace? Hoo’s Well & IM-Rec Sports will bring Pop Up Fitness to you and your colleagues! For details and qualifications, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
This one-hour appointment will help you understand fitness guidelines, common barriers and goal setting. Aided by a fitness professional, you will develop your own personal fitness goals and implementation strategy as well as learn to maximize workout routines while minimizing injury. Session includes a fitness equipment orientation but does not include exercise prescription. Appointments may be requested anytime during facility hours and are determined by personal trainer availability.

HOO'S WELL WAHOO CHALLENGE
This is a 16-week virtual challenge. Log-in to the Hoo’s Well portal and register between January 20–March 3, 2014. Enter three workouts a week for 16 weeks and you will be rewarded $100. Walking, golfing, horseback riding, gym workouts, etc. Everything counts! This challenge ends June 30, 2014.
