Youth Swim Lessons
Our quality swimming instruction is geared toward individual needs and is designed to increase the student’s comfort level in the water. Instructors emphasize the development of swimming skills and an awareness of water and pool safety.
Adult Swim Lessons

Private Swim Lessons
Private Swim lessons offer one-on-one instruction for all ages (3 and up) and abilities. Lessons are 30 minutes in length and scheduled when the pools are open for recreational swim and instructor availability. This service is available for both members & non-members. Learn more.

Adult Swim Lessons
Adult Advanced Beginner Swim – 6/19-7/12
Participants will have the opportunity to practice the major strokes and improve on technique. Participants will also be introduced to butterfly. This is an ideal course to build upon or improve your existing swimming skills.

Adult Beginner Swim – 6/19-7/12
This course is designed for adults wishing to learn how to swim or who have had little formal swimming experience. Strokes introduced include freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, elementary backstroke and sidestroke.

Master Swim Fitness Swim – 5/23-8/17
Designed for adults (ages 18 years and older) who want to improve fitness and master proper stroke technique to become a faster and more efficient swimmer in a fun environment of encouragement and support. This course is great if you are a triathlete, swimming for fitness, or just want to improve your overall quality of life. Participants should be comfortable swimming at least a few hundred yards continuously using the freestyle (crawl) stroke. Experience with other competitive strokes is welcomed, but not required. All stroke techniques will be taught during the program.
