We are ready and eager to provide the UVA community with fitness and recreational opportunities once the University is able to return to comprehensive operations safely and effectively. When we initially open, we will start with the fitness area at the AFC and the pool at NGRC. The hours and experience will be modified to ensure safety for students, members and staff. We will announce opening details as soon as possible.

In the meantime, please try some virtual programs.

In support of the University mission, our primary emphasis is to enrich the total well-being of the University community by offering a wide range of quality programs, services and venues that support all dimensions of wellness (social, physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual and occupational) through sport, fitness and recreation.

Live Workouts via Zoom

July 8 - July 29, 2020

All of our Live Group Exercise classes will happen via Zoom. Please feel free to share the links with your friends and family. There is no charge for any of our Zoom classes.

NOTE: Upon entering the “meeting” please mute your microphone. It is up to you if you’d like to keep your video camera on. If you have a question or comment for the instructor during class, you may un-mute your mic, but please remember to mute your mic again after. One of our hosts will do it if you forget.
