“Mysore-style” is the traditional way to learn Ashtanga yoga. Students receive one-on-one instruction in a group setting, and may come and go as they wish during the time block. This class is for ALL levels but is especially suitable for those seeking a regular, sustainable & personalized practice. Beginners are welcome. Plan ~30 minutes for the first class.
