Class Descriptions

Aqua Jogging is a deep water exercise class combining jogging cadence and running drills with total body resistance work. Buoyancy belts are provided for all participants and a lifeguard is on duty. 

Barre. Improve your core strength, balance, flexibility and posture! Barre is a low-impact class with influences from ballet, Pilates, and yoga.  

Cycle HIIT is built upon the principle of metabolic training. This class will condition your anaerobic training system with intervals of hard intensity followed by essential rest.

Cycle, Strength, & Core is two workouts in one! Begin with a heart pumping cardio ride and finish with strength and core training.

Integral Yoga. Enjoy a seamless blend of the spiritual and physical as each class moves through asana sequences essential for full-body health, and concludes with relaxation, breath work, and meditation.

Strong is a full-body strength training workout using functional fitness movements like squats, planks, glute bridges and pushups, to great music. It's not dance, but we will move to the beat! No experience necessary and modifications are provided for all fitness levels.

Total Body Pump is a resistance training class for all of your major muscle groups. You’ll use strength accessories like dumbbells and bars, stability balls, gliding disks, resistance bands, and tubing. Go as light or as heavy as you’d like!

Virtual Pilates. Improve your postural alignment and increase stretch, strength, stability and stamina in this classical (and virtual!) Pilates class.

Yoga-Pilates Fusion is a fusion of Pilates movements and various styles of yoga to lengthen and strengthen the muscles while improving balance, core strength and mental wellbeing.

Zumba® might be the most fun way to get your heartrate up! While the format is inspired by Latin dances, no prior dance (or fitness) experience is necessary to participate.
