Youth & Family Recreation

Youth access is permitted during Family Recreation hours, Family Swim hours and Youth Programming. Family Recreation & Family Swim hours are listed below and online for each facility.
Youth must be accompanied and supervised by an adult student/member at all times during Family Recreation & Family Swim hours.
Youth are eligible to use indoor basketball/volleyball/badminton/pickleball courts, racquetball/wallyball/squash courts, multi-purpose rooms and AFC track during designated Family Recreation Hours.
Youth are eligible to use AFC and NGRC pools during designated Family Swim hours. Pool access is at the discretion of the lifeguards on duty based on perceived skill level and safety.
Youth are eligible to use outdoor basketball courts, volleyball courts, tennis/pickleball courts and multi-purpose fields with approved reservations.
Youth are not permitted to use fitness & weight rooms, combative room, MEM track, saunas or whirlpools.
Infants must wear tight fitting plastic swim pants or swim diapers in the aquatic areas.
Youth are permitted in restrooms and locker rooms of the identified gender of accompanying adult through pre-school age (5 years and younger). All-Gender Changing Rooms are also available at AFC & NGRC.
Youth are not permitted to participate in Group Exercise classes or the Outdoor Adventure Climbing Center outside of registered Youth Programs.
