Time: 12:00pm to 12:45pm

Ballet-Yoga-Pilates all meet in this Barre class for combined exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. You'll start on the mat for a warm-up of planks, push-ups and arm exercises, and move to the barre to work your lower body and wrap up with core-focused moves.
