Calling all men and masculine people who want to learn more about resistance training, weight room equipment, and lifting techniques. Join our personal trainers for 45-minutes of semi-personal instruction on equipment like the Olympic benches, free weights & racks, cables, and selectorized pieces. Space is limited so please pre-register for the event and select one of the 45-minute time slots between 12-4pm.
