RunYo combines running and yoga into a single, comprehensive workout for cardio, strength and flexibility. Each RunYo class will include both running and yoga segments. During some weeks, we will evenly split the class between our two activities; a running workout followed by yoga. In other weeks, we will more creatively integrate our two activities with shorter intervals of each. Expect to also learn running drills to increase speed and efficiency as well as yoga poses and sequences to help you recover.
